SchehrStrategies was founded in 2024 by Terra Schehr, an institutional effectiveness and planning professional with more than 25 years of experience examining complex organizational challenges to inform operational effectiveness and efficiency.
My mission is to help higher education institutions and non-profit organizations achieve their goals and improve outcomes through evidence-based decision-making and planning.
At 6-ft, 3-inches tall, I’m not a fan of one-size-fits-all. I adapt best practices to the unique cultures, situations, and needs of my clients.
